Not satisfied with a competitor's tennis ball machine you purchased? Our trade-in program allows you trade-in any brand of tennis ball machine. In exchange, you may purchase a new Lobster Sports tennis ball machine at 15% off retail. Note that we do not buy used machines but rather are providing you a means of environmentally discarding your old machine.

Upgrade Your Elite
Ready to move to that next level of play? An Elite battery-operated machine can be upgraded to a new model or outfitted with new accessories. To determine what upgrades are available for your ball machine, call Lobster Sports at (800) 526-4041 with your machine's serial number.
Elite Model 1 to Elite Model 2 – $299
Elite Model 1 owners can upgrade their machine to an Elite Model 2 to add triple oscillation. The upgrade includes new motors, a new control panel, and a new case. The machine must be sent back to the factory for this upgrade.
Elite Model 2 to Elite Model 3 – $349
Elite Model 2 owners can upgrade their machine to add dual, two-line oscillation. The upgrade includes new motors, a new control panel, and a two-line oscillation kit. The machine must be sent back to the factory for this upgrade.
Basic Charger to Fast Charger – $99
For Elite machines purchased after June, 2005, you simply plug in your new charger. Older models can receive this upgrade by sending your machine back to our factory.
Basic Charger to Premium Fast Charger – $199
For Elite machines purchased after June, 2005, you simply plug in your new charger. Older models can receive this upgrade by sending your machine back to our factory.
Wireless Remote Control Added – $199
For Elite machines purchased after June, 2005, you simply install the remote control and plug it into the control panel board. Older models can receive this upgrade by sending your machine back to our factory.
Does the 2 Year Warranty Really Matter?
Why would one company offer a two-year warranty and another company offer a 1 year warranty? Lobster has so much confidence in its products that it can afford to offer a 2 year warranty. Ask yourself why our competition doesn't have equal confidence in the durability of its products.
When comparing purchase prices between machines, you should consider the two year warranty carefully. The cost of ownership will quickly rise if the machine breaks down soon after the warranty expires. Imagine owning a machine for 14 months, it malfunctions and now you are out $50 to ship it to the factory at least $100-$200 to fix it and $50 to ship it home. A $300 repair bill might make you think twice about the true cost of purchasing that 1 year warranty machine.
